Shipping Policy
Thank you so much for supporting my music and artwork! I’m a one-woman shop and I ship everything myself from California. Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted.
Domestic (US) Orders
US orders ship via USPS depending on weight. Tracking is included for all shipments.
International Orders
I’m excited to ship worldwide! Please note that international shipping times vary, and delays can occur due to customs processing in your country.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes (Important for International Customers)
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or handling fees charged by your local government. These fees are not included in my product prices or shipping charges.
By placing an international order, you agree that you are responsible for these additional costs. Refusal to pay customs or VAT does not qualify an order for a refund.
If a package is returned to me due to unpaid customs fees, I can refund the cost of the item only after the package has been safely returned in its original condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Because customs rules vary from country to country, I recommend checking with your local postal service or customs office if you’re unsure what fees may apply.
Lost, Stolen, or Returned Packages
Once your order is shipped, responsibility transfers to the postal carrier. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier with your tracking number.
I’ll always do what I can to help resolve issues, but I’m not able to refund or replace items lost by the postal service.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, email me within 7 days with photos of the packaging and product so I can help.
Returns & Exchanges
Because I’m a small independent creator, I can only offer returns or exchanges on defective items. Please double-check sizes, colors, and your shipping address before placing your order.
